Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Orinne. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory EU or Swedish law.

2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
3. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and colours can appear differently on different screens. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between items. If a product differs materially from its description, your statutory rights apply.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown separately before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a price is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price. We will tell you if this happens.
5. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, but does not form a contract. A contract comes into being when we send you a dispatch confirmation for the items in question. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund any payment for it.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
7. Availability
We may withdraw a product, or limit the quantity available to one customer, at any time. Stock levels shown on the site are indicative and are not a guarantee of availability.
8. Delivery
Delivery costs, timescales and responsibility for customs charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Returns and your right of withdrawal
Your 14-day right of withdrawal, our 30-day returns window, the exceptions that apply to hygiene and personalised goods, and how refunds are handled are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Legal guarantee
Goods sold to consumers in the EU carry a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not of the quality you can reasonably expect, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Contact us and we will put it right.
11. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and do not let anyone else use it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, or to submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights.
13. Intellectual property
The text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. If you send us content such as a review or a photograph, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business, and you confirm you have the right to give that permission.
14. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, since our products are supplied for private use.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, industrial action, carrier failure, or the acts of a public authority. If such an event causes a significant delay, you may cancel the affected part of your order for a refund.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this site when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you live in another EU country, you still have the protection of any mandatory consumer rules of the country where you are resident, and you may bring proceedings there.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.
